‘Bona Vista’ has been relisted for sale at $27.5m after being passed in at auction for $17.5 m in September 2023, according to Beef Central.
The exclusion-fenced ‘Bona Vista’ is situated 70km from St George and halfway between Roma and Mitchell.
The property is being offered by Lance and Margaret Fox who are retiring.
The country has 60% self-mulching black soils, with the balance lighter red loams.
Grasses are mostly Buffel and Mitchell with some areas planted to improved pastures, running about 2500 adult equivalents, with 200ha planted to oats.
‘Bona Vista’ is divided into 18 paddocks all connected with a strategic laneway system for ease of handling.
The infrastructure is described as excellent and includes two homes, a machinery shed, two sets of steel cattle yards and an airstrip.
