Selling agent David Russell from Landmark said it was a popular auction.

“We did 14 inspections of ‘Green Creek’, issued 63 contracts and 11 had bidders registered with AuctionsPlus on the day,” he said. ‘Green Creek is approximately 28608 acres and has 9 kilometres of Warrego River frontage on the eastern side of the property. Water is the main feature of ‘Green Creek’ with permanent and semi permanent holes in Warrego & Willara and Green Creek system, along with 3 earth dams plus 3 sub-artesian bores, poly storage tanks and concrete troughing

Mr Russell said there were five strong contenders bidding on the day.
