Growing up on a farm in South-West Victoria, Nicole learnt that while there are many advantages to living in a small country town, a major disadvantage was limited access to some services, including a lack of high-quality first aid education.
Nicole is currently a Clinical Nurse Specialist at a large tertiary hospital in Melbourne and has works in Emergency, Paediatrics, and as a school nurse.
Armed with her experience, knowledge, and passion to improve outcomes for families and businesses throughout regional and rural areas, Nicole is on a mission to ensure quality, fun CPR and first aid training is accessible for all.
Nicole has developed a range of unique services that makes Rhythm a premier choice for Victorian families and businesses.
Rhythm travels throughout Victoria, offering its Nationally Recognised CPR + First Aid Training for businesses, farms, schools and everything in between.
The Infant + Child First Aid Course is uniquely designed to educate and empower parents, grandparents, and caregivers with crucial skills, such as CPR and choking first aid.
In addition to this, Rhythm has also developed a functional Family First Aid Kit that ensures households are never left short in an emergency again.
Through a strong community focus, endeavouring to support other rural and regional small businesses, and making sustainable choices where possible – Rhythm aims to positively impact people through more than education.
Nicole believes the quality of educational services people receive shouldn’t be defined by their postcode – so she hopes to bridge this gap across the state. Nicole has brought evidence-based learning back to her own regional community and hopes to do the same for other towns.
