As the year draws to a close, AuctionsPlus has recorded several standout results across a range of commodities through its interfaced sales. From seedstock and sheep genetics to machinery and performance horses, digital bidding continued to play a significant role in major sale outcomes. Below is a look back at some of this year’s highlights across different commodities on AuctionsPlus.
The highest-priced bull interfaced with AuctionsPlus was Clunie Range Untouchable U441, which sold for $300,000 at the Clunie Range Angus Bull Sale.

Untouchable U441 set a new record for the stud, and was purchased by a five-way syndicate involving Mandayen Limousin & Angus, Featherstone Angus, Twin Oaks Angus NZ, Ranui Angus, and STgenetics Australia BEEF, cementing his value across both domestic and international seedstock programs.
The sale concluded with full clearance across all 201 bulls, and sold to an average price of $15,538. Online bidders participating in the sale via AuctionsPlus secured 24 lots across 13 successful bidders.
The top priced lot secured online was lot 88, purchased for $32,000. The online average price was $13,000.
The 12th Annual Tattykeel Australian White Stud and Flock Sale, set the tone for their sale early as Tattykeel “Beast” ET 240067 (lot 2), was purchased for $80,000.
Originally catalogued as Lot 2, the sale-topping ram was brought forward to open proceedings. The 137-kilogram April 2024-drop ram, sired by Tattykeel ET 220018 and out of Tattykeel 210540, is a grandson of the record-setting $240,000 Tattykeel Platinum.

Beast attracted rapid bidding, beginning at $20,000 before quickly climbing to the top price of $80,000. He was eventually knocked down to Regal Australian Whites of Inverell, with Tattykeel retaining 400 doses of semen for its own program.
Tattykeel’s overall result was outstanding, with $1,229,700 grossed across 248 head to average $4,958. Online buying was again influential, contributing $248,250 to the takings at an average of $3,705.
In the breakdown of the catalogue, 25/26 stud rams averaged $18,909. A total of 177/198 flock rams were also cleared, achieving a top price of $9,000 and an average of $3,816. In addition, 78/98 ewes offered were sold, with the top-priced ewe, Lot 267 Tattykeel 240736, purchased by Aitken Australian Whites for $5,250, while the ewe draft averaged $2,363.
The online top price was $16,000, while 67 lots were sold entirely through the digital platform. In total, 23 online bidders placed 294 bids across 55% of lots.
The top-priced horse of the year interfaced through AuctionsPlus was Lot 469, A Sandie Blonde (Sannman x Nine Shades O Rey), which sold for $180,000 at the Nutrien Equine Classic Sale 2025.
The mare was the top-priced lot of the sale and was purchased by Mac and Gayle Shann, Clermont, Queensland. She was offered by Jason and Rachel Leitch, Springsure, Queensland.

AuctionsPlus provided the online bidding interface for the four-day sale, which grossed $13.6 million across 533 lots at Tamworth’s Australian Equine and Livestock Events Centre.
A total of $1.95 million in sales was transacted online, with 1,550 bids placed on 415 horses. Online buyers secured 87 lots, with purchases recorded across all states.
The highest-priced horse from the Nutrien Classic Sale purchased online was Lot 468, ‘Metallic Spin’, which sold for $140,000 to a buyer in Clermont, Queensland. Overall clearance for the sale was 93%, with prices topping at $180,000 and averaging $27,498.

The highest-priced machinery lot ever sold on AuctionsPlus was a New Holland CR9.90 Revelation header with MacDon D140 front, which sold for $800,000 as part of the Major Clearing Sale A/C Kingham Agriculture, Tichborne, NSW.
The sale achieved a 98% clearance rate, generating 38,500 catalogue views and 11,520 online bids. Brendan Mansbridge from KMWL was the agent.
