Setting the Bar Higher: AuctionsPlus Commercial Sales Records

Written by AuctionsPlus | Aug 23, 2021 4:49:46 AM

Unprecedented, robust and record-breaking. Three features which encompass the online commercial sheep, lamb, and cattle sales on AuctionsPlus so far in 2021. The unique combination of wet seasonal conditions, low national flock and herd numbers has resulted in record high restocker demand – pushing many categories to all time levels.

The AMI team has unpacked AuctionsPlus results from weekly commercial sheep, lamb and cattle sales – highlighting the top prices received at auction across all respective categories. Looking through AuctionsPlus commercial records, 10 out of 21 sheep and lamb categories broke records in 2021, while 14 out of 17 cattle categories have set new highs in 2021.
