Dr Avril Horne is a research fellow in the Department of Infrastructure Engineering at The University of Melbourne. She is involved with the Departmental Research Group in Environmental Hydrology and Water Resources. She is currently developing a decision support tool to assist in seasonal environmental watering decisions including delivery, carryover and trade of water.
