There was a drop in clearance rates during September, reflecting some caution creeping into the market.
However, we do continue to see some strong interest from areas of Southern Queensland where the crop is looking great.

Tractors and utes with the right specifications also saw maintained interest:
AuctionsPlus has released its new App. The app will allow buyers to easily keep track of lots they like and be notified when they are up for auction.
The app is provides a smoother bidding process for those buying machinery on mobile phones as well.
Due to demand from agents, we’ve integrated the "Make An Offer" option into the Listings Portal for all commodities, including machinery. This can now be accessed through both the Listings Portal and the Dashboard.
We have 36 machinery auctions booked for October. Some auctions to keep an eye on are:
The Estate of Jeff Gooda clearing sale on October 12, in Yenda, NSW. Our pick is lot 11A (pictured).
Another sale to keep an eye on will be the Jones Darriwell “Unreserved” clearing sale in Trundle, NSW, on Friday, October 11.
The property has been sold and the offering is outstanding. Interest has been strong across the catalogue. This is a live sale so be sure to tune in.
