Red Meat Ambassador: Emma Fessey

PUBLISHED Wed, 2 February 2022

Emma Fessey - I Love Farmers

Emma Fessey is our resident Elite Athlete, around training with the Australian Rowing Team she manages to fit in some time with us supporting various sales and writing insights for the AMI team.

Emma was recently part of the MLA Red Meat Ambassador Program fitting in time around her rigorous training schedule to support sales and write articles for the AMI Team.

“As an athlete who sees red meat as an integral part of my diet and to high performance, I enjoy discussing the nutritional benefits associated with red meat consumption and importantly, the journey of ‘paddock to plate’ as many consumers can be unaware of the process.”

“The ambassador program was a really valuable opportunity to learn and collaborate with likeminded people in the industry as well as how to grow and share knowledge with those around us in an effective way”

“The workshop provided critical skills and knowledge sharing opportunities which equipped me with tools to further pursue my goals and aspirations in the red meat industry. I would highly recommend this program for others passionate about the industry who wish to play an active role in its growth and foster strong relationships with those across the many facets of the dynamic sector, as well as having the ability to share their knowledge and experiences with others outside.”
