What is the Ideas Portal & where can I find it?
The AuctionsPlus Ideas Portal is an online tool that allows our community members to put forward ideas and suggestions for our online platform. Such requests can be new features that we may introduce, suggestions on improving the existing usability of a feature, or an idea for a new product.
To find it, go to the 'Research' tab in the header menu of our website, and then click on 'Ideas Portal'.
How do I submit an idea to the Ideas Portal?
Any user or visitor on our website will be able to access the Ideas Portal found under the Research tab. From here, they can submit feature requests by entering a title and description, up vote an existing feature by clicking the thumbs-up, or comment on features to engage in discussions.
Why do we need the Ideas Portal?
At AuctionsPlus, we want to be able to better capture feedback from our customers in a constructive and engaging manner. By capturing and actioning feedback from our customers, we can better align our strategic priorities and optimise our product roadmap with what our customers want from using our services.
